ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਘਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਚੋਣ ਜਾਬਤੇ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਚਲਾਏ ਇਸ਼ਤਿਹਾਰ ਤੇ ਸਿਨਮਾ ਮਾਲਕਾਂ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਮਾਮਲਾ ਦਰਜ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ । ਆਰਟੀਆਈ ਐਕਟਿਵਸਟ ਮਾਨਿਕ ਗੋਇਲ ਵੱਲੋਂ 6 ਅਪ੍ਰੈਲ ਨੂੰ ਵਿਡੀਉ ਟਵੀਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸਦੀ ਸ਼ਿਕਾਇਤ ਚੋਣ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਸੀ। ਜਿਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮੁੱਖ ਚੋਣ ਅਫਸਰ ਨੇ ਮਹਿਕਮੇ ਦੇ ਸੈਕਟਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਧਛ ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਨੂੰ ਤਲਬ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਹੁਣ ਰਾਜਪੁਰੇ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਈਮ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਅਤੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਦੀ ਫਿਲਮ ਡਿਸਟ੍ਰੀਬਿਊਸ਼ਨ ਕੰਪਨੀ ‘ਕਿਊਬ ਸਿਨੇਮਾ’ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਤੇ ਪਰਚਾ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ।

It seems the @ECISVEEP Model Code of Conduct is nothing more than a joke in Punjab.
